These terms apply to hyperbyte.in and to the support and services offered by HYPERBYTE STUDIOS LLP (“Hyperbyte”, “we”). By using this website or contacting us, you agree to them.
Products and licenses
Our game templates and tools are sold through the Unity Asset Store. Your purchase, license and use of those packages are governed by the Unity Asset Store End User License Agreement (EULA) and the license you selected at checkout — not by this website. Where these terms and the Unity EULA differ about a purchased package, the Unity EULA applies.
Product information on this website (features, versions, Unity versions, platforms, SDKs and file sizes) is provided in good faith and kept as current as we can. The Unity Asset Store listing is the definitive description of what each package contains at the time you buy it.
Payments and refunds
We do not take payments on this website. Purchases, invoices and refunds are handled by the Unity Asset Store under its own policies. We are happy to help with technical problems first — many issues can be solved quickly.
Support
We provide support for our products as described on the Support page:
- help with setup, import, configuration and integration of the original package;
- fixes for bugs in the original package;
- guidance on extending the included systems.
Response times shown on this website are typical, not guaranteed. Debugging heavily modified projects or third-party assets is outside regular support, but can be arranged as paid custom work.
Custom services
Game development, reskinning, customization, publishing and related services are provided on the basis of a written quote or agreement for each project. That quote or agreement sets out the scope, price, milestones, delivery, ownership and payment terms, and takes priority over these general terms for that project.
Work that builds on one of our Asset Store packages remains subject to the Unity Asset Store EULA for the underlying package.
Third-party software and services
Our products integrate third-party SDKs and services (for example ad networks, in-app purchase and analytics providers). Those are provided by their owners under their own terms, and their availability, versions and behaviour can change. You are responsible for your accounts with those providers and for meeting their requirements, including app store and privacy rules for your own games.
